The current terms apply to the sales on the online shop "Les santons de Mireille", on the website www.les-santons-mireille.fr.
These terms apply except all other terms, such as those effective concerning the sales in shop.
ARTICLE 1 - THE OFFER
Validity terms : the offers on the website are valid during their online display.
Territorial scope : the offers are valid for each online purchase and for delivery in Metropolitan France.
ARTICLE 2 - VALIDATION
When you click on the 'order' button after the order process, you agree in full measure and without reserve on the entire current terms of sale.
The data registred by the shop "les santons Mireille" on the website www.les-santons-mireille.fr account for the proof of the entire transactions runned by the shop "les santons Mireille" and its customers.
ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY
Every products on the website are available and our offers are made within the limits of open stocks.
In case of unavailability of the product after placement of your order, we will inform you per mail within 48 hours (workdays)
You will be then able to ask for the annulment of your order or the exchange of the missing items.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCTS RETURNS
You dispose of a right to return within 7 working days from the receipt of the parcel to return it to us, in its packing of origin, and to obtain the reimbursement or the exchange of the parcel. The expenses of the return product belong to the customer's responsability.

In order to handle your requests, we'd ask you to indicate your name and first name, adress, date and number of the order. we will not be able to take into account incomplete request.
ARTICLE 5 - CONTRIBUTION TO FREIGHT COSTS AND TO PROCESSING
Shipment exclusively in France. When cost of postage are not included in the product price, they are clearly indicated during order process.

ARTICLE 6 - ORDER PROCESSING TERMS AND ITS DELIVERY
Your orders are processed within the shortest time from tuesday to saturday included.
The parcels are sent within 2 weeks.
After delivery process, your order will be sent within 72 hours.
These terms concern workdays, beyond problems of postal transporting and depending on products availability.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT TERMS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
A - Payment
Products payment is made per credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) or per cheque.

Regarding credit cards, our website is subject to a secure system. The entry of your bank account is secured. Information entered (card numbers and expiry date) will be encrypted. Any sensitive data connected with payment means are thereby secured.
You must pay on order your whole purchase. It is not possible to pay on delivery.
